What color granite counter top goes best with light maple cabinets and steel appliances?

Ubatuba or Absolute Black look realy stunning against the stainless, and the light cabinets will keep it from darkening the whole room. Also, at least one of those colors is likely to be on the builder's list or bargain list or whatever the particular top shop calls the discounted group of most used colors.
Other than those 2 particular common ones, I would definitely go wtih black/brown/greys. Not the gold or tan tones, as it'll blend too much with the cabinets. You could probably do a light color if it were whites and greys rather than tans, but the contrast of the darker colors is really nice.
