The answer is N^2/3 but steps?
answer is actually : r*N^2/3

That can't be the answer either. It has to depend on V and the units are wrong.

The new volume is N times the old volume, so the new radius is N^(1/3) times the old radius.

Potential is k*q/r inversely proportional to radius. If you first imagine all the drops coming together without expanding, their potential is N*V. But now imagine the radius increasing by a factor of N^(1/3) to the final value. So the potential decreases by a factor of N^(1/3).

Therefore the final potential is N*V/N^(1/3)
