Save Energy, Save Money With Induction Cooktops
An induction cooktop is a cooker which integrates vibrating magnetic energy to create heat. With induction, the heat generated used right into the cooking vessel instead of getting hot through flamable gas or electric coils. Sears Kenmore sold the initial configuration in the ninteen-eighties.
Presently, German suppliers rule the marketplace alongside Spanish, Italian, and Swedish firms. Resorts and restaurants across Europe use induction ranges, notably for industrial cooking agencies. Common in the Pacific rim countries, these induction units are widely employed for rice cookers.
The U.S. DOE has published that an induction cooktop reduces consumption by approximately of 13% of household electrical use with at effeciences as high as eighty-four percent, compared with an electrical unit of seventy-one percent.

hello we are renting a place and there is a cooktop...stove (something we've never had before)..that's a touch stove..it is called "Sauter Induction". we can't TURN the thing on to make our first meal in this room. there is no manual provided 
unfortunately the titles are also in French so that doesn't help.
so there are 7 touch keys for each ''eye''
1st -- on/off
2nd - - (minues)
3rd - + (plus)
4th - DOUX.............. above 4..there is a "BOOST" option
5th - VIF
6th - -(minues)
7th - + (plus)
(6 and 7 say minuterie on the bottom
so we can turn it off and on and click on the plus minus sign to increase or decrease the 'heat' which is what i'm guessing that is... but it keeps blinking..we can't make it to stop and actually heat up...
none of the ||EYES|| heat
