I NEED AN ANSWER NOW: My washer smells... is it safe to wash clothes in?
Yesterday, I help the smell die a bit by using affresh tablet for washing machines and it helped a bit. My washer is new so is it safe to wash clothes in?
I only put in Oxy Clean in the dispenser and hit "Super Wash"
If THAT doesn't do it, I suggest you pour about a cup of white vinegar in while you run an "empty" load. You shouldn't have any problem after that. I'll BET you that it's not draining properly through the overflow. My new washer in my new home did the same thing.
